UK Mainland: Orders under £130 incur a charge of £4.99 for delivery and insurance.
Orders over £130 are delivered free of charge.
Orders within the following post codes: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, ZE incur a charge of £14.99 for orders under £130, and £9.99 for orders over £130.
We deliver the fastest way possible, usually within7 working days by conventional post. Please allow a few days longer if your order contains electrical items. This is due to safety checks prior to dispatch.
Partial deliveries may be made to speed up your order but you will only be charged P&P once.
The minimum order value is £20 plus P&P.
If you really are not satisifed with the goods, Westfalia will exchange them during a one month trial period or provide you with a full refund. If the order value was less than £70, the customer meets the cost of sending the products back. If the goods delivered don't match the goods ordered, then Westfalia will meet the returns cost.
It is possible when completing your order to request the order be sent to a different address. Click on the button “New alternative delivery address” which can be found when typing in the address details or can be clicked on when you have signed on using your personal login.
